Responsibilities include cleaning offices and common areas, restocking supplies, operating basic equipment, and assisting with events. Availability for various shifts and a strong safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, and meeting rooms.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Identify areas needing attention and take initiative to maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor and restock janitorial supplies.
• Empty trash and manage waste across the facility.
• Snow and ice removal; sidewalk maintenance.
• Operate and troubleshoot office equipment (coffee, popcorn, ice cream).
• Drive to purchase supplies as needed.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for events and meetings.
• Assist other departments as necessary.
