Qualifications

• Minimum is eighth grade or equivalent and 6 months custodial/maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and maintain cleanliness to standards.
• Clear communication, reliability, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wash and polish floors in corridors, offices and public areas.
• Disinfect high touch surfaces and sanitize restrooms.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to supervisor.
