Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor in Tulsa, OK. This full-time role pays $15 per hour with weekly pay and offers opportunities to contribute to cleaning, landscaping and restoration service support across client facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors and entrance areas.
• Empty trash cans and manage waste, use compactor for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors; spot clean carpets.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies; follow housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and buffers.
• Support other duties as assigned by client needs.
