Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust entire office area.
• Empty trash.
• Clean restrooms.
• Perform general yard work (trash pickup, grass cutting, garden upkeep).
• Maintain parking areas free of trash.
• Clean dock and dock apron.
• Perform minor building repairs and painting as needed.
• Change light bulbs in office and dock areas.
• Change air conditioner filters.
• Comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
