Job summary

Miller Manufacturing is seeking a Custodian for the 1st shift to perform cleaning and routine maintenance of facilities and grounds. The role requires manual work and adherence to established routines to ensure a safe, clean environment. Wage range is $16-$20/hour with overtime as needed.

Base pay varies based on skills, experience, and knowledge brought to the position; top-of-range hires are uncommon. Pre-employment screening applies, and health and safety are emphasized by the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and routine maintenance tasks.
• Operate cleaning equipment and manage cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain grounds and janitorial storage areas; request supplies as needed.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and event setup as required.
• Report major repairs or damages to Facilities Manager promptly.
