Facilities Custodial Supervisor – Evening Shift

Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead a cleaning program and supervise both company and temporary staff. You will ensure sanitation and OSHA standards are met while coordinating tasks and reporting outcomes.

The role requires shift coverage Monday-Friday 5:00PM-1:30AM, with responsibilities including training, inspections, inventory control, and timely incident reporting. A HS diploma or GED and some related experience are needed.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training; HS diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• Certificates: Valid driver’s license; Forklift Certification may be required.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: bilingual in Spanish a plus; good written and verbal skills; time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitors work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Write reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE to ensure safety compliance.
