• Oversee inspections to assess maintenance quality and address deficiencies.
• Manage custodial equipment, supplies and inventory; maintain records for injuries and attendance.
• Participate in staff selection, training and disciplinary processes.
• Monitor payroll and support performance evaluations.
• Oversee disposal of hazardous materials and comply with safety regulations.
• Respond to public inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
