Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead a team responsible for cleaning and sanitation across assigned facilities in California. The role requires ensuring safety and OSHA compliance while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Experience leading facilities, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise activities of custodial staff.
• Train staff on safety, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure custodial services meet site needs and have equipment.
• Perform regular quality, service, and safety inspections and report results.
• Interview, hire, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Ensure compliance with SBM policies and applicable laws.
