Qualifications

• Two-year technical management degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum three years experience in building system operations with direct supervision of maintenance and custodial personnel.
• Experience working cross-culturally and/or commitment to cultural competence (valuing difference/diversity).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; Wisconsin Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and development including training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and approve work schedules, vacations, and other leave.
• Payroll coordination and labor-related recordkeeping with HR.
• Oversee building systems operations, maintenance, and lifesafety systems.
• Coordinate grounds maintenance, snow removal, and facilities inspections.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations; participate in on-call rotation.
