Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of custodial or janitorial experience, with two (2) years in lead or supervisory roles.
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily custodial operations for Student Union facilities.
• Manage contracted custodial service providers and evaluate performance.
• Assist with developing cleaning standards, schedules, and KPIs.
• Coordinate custodial staffing and operational support for events and programs.

Education
