Responsibilities

• Lead custodial staff and oversee daily cleaning and janitorial services.
• Assign work schedules, set priorities, monitor performance.
• Train staff, coach, and conduct evaluations.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork and customer service.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and retention of custodial staff.
• Oversee daily operations for offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and presentable facilities at all times.
• Develop cleaning schedules and procedures for efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate floor care, carpet, window cleaning, and special services.
• Monitor inspections, address deficiencies, and ensure safety compliance.
