Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise custodial personnel responsible for daily cleaning and janitorial services.
• Assign work schedules, establish priorities, and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct employee training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Promote safety culture and customer service excellence.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention of custodial staff.
• Oversee daily custodial operations for offices, common areas, restrooms, conference rooms, and break areas.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and other specialized custodial services.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation related to inspections and training.
• Monitor handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Manage custodial supplies, inventory, and procurement.
• Support building events and emergency response activities.
