Qualifikationen

• Multi-skilled facilities maintenance background across building trades.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, carpentry and related systems.
• Ability to evaluate facility conditions, determine corrective actions, and escalate when needed.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and ladders.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Perform multi-trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and general building maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical components, lighting, panels, and switches using test equipment.
• Coordinate repairs to water and drainage systems, piping, valves, and plumbing fixtures.
• Assist with HVAC, climate-control repairs, and coordination of related systems.
• Inspect roofs, walls, doors, windows, ceilings, and drainage for issues and safety concerns.
• Coordinate carpentry, drywall, roofing, painting, masonry, and restoration work.
• Develop work plans, estimate labor/materials, obtain quotes, and coordinate scheduling.
• Provide technical direction to contractors and vendors and verify work quality.
