Job summary

ASR International Corporation is seeking Cost Estimators to provide design technical support for NAVFAC Northwest. The role involves preparing and reviewing cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and supporting cost/schedule/risk analyses for facilities projects.

Responsibilities include evaluating life-cycle costs, reviewing proposals, and coordinating with design teams and government stakeholders. Strong Excel and estimating software skills are required; AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required (Green Card holders not eligible).
• Must pass a T1 security background check.
• Minimum of three (3) years of construction estimating experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cost estimating principles for facilities projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software; AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform facilities cost estimating including basis of cost documentation and quantity take-offs.
• Conduct cost/schedule/risk analysis and life-cycle cost analysis of alternative systems.
• Review contractor cost proposals and support independent government estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost documentation and technical reports.
• Coordinate with design teams and government stakeholders on cost-related issues.
• Support project status reporting requirements.
