Job summary

Victory Church in Edmond, OK is seeking a part-time Facilities Manager/Coordinator to make general repairs, coordinate maintenance projects, and ensure the campus meets safety standards for worship gatherings and church events. The role involves daily/weekly communication with the supervisor and supports the EDM campus staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing event setups, coordinating with outside contractors, and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Basic working knowledge of general electrical, plumbing, HVAC and construction.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Part-time availability: 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Survey facility needs for general repairs on a weekly basis.
• Ensure facility operates safely and complies with city codes.
• Oversee and coordinate setup for all campus events.
• Assess needs for outside contractors and coordinate their work.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors for repairs.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist EDM campus staff with other duties as assigned.
• Occasional light custodial and grounds-keeping duties.
• Interact with Victory Church staff, members, and guests respectfully.
