Qualifications

• Associates degree in facilities management, synthetic turf management, or grounds maintenance.
• Minimum of 1 year facility maintenance within a sports complex, stadium, or arena.
• Knowledge of turf maintenance, drainage, irrigation, and basic repair concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication with team, vendors and customers.
• Leadership to motivate and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Regularly groom turf fields and supervise maintenance staff.
• Perform minor repairs on facilities, fencing, bleachers, and fixtures.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Assist in recruiting grounds and maintenance staff.
• Support budget planning for the department, including staffing and materials.
• Oversee work by external contractors and coordinate with vendors.
