Are you passionate about data and ready to drive impactful decisions? Join our Facilities and maintenance team as a Facilities coordinator . You’ll be responsible for ensuring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs across plant infrastructure, coordinating internal teams and vendors, optimizing budget use, and preserving operational continuity through safety-aligned practices. This role is located Querétaro, México and offers a onsite work model.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance management: Coordinates and ensures the execution of maintenance programs for infrastructure such as floors, ceilings, walls, internal and external lighting, as well as electrical, plumbing, drainage, and sanitary systems. Ensures proper operation of pumping equipment, cold storage units, racks, and air injection systems.
  • Management of key facilities and auxiliary equipment: Oversees the maintenance and operation of critical areas including rail tracks, loading docks, automatic doors, barriers, security gates, and ventilation systems. Manages landscaping across main gardens, external areas, and plant perimeter, including fences and mesh for physical security
  • Operational leadership and contractors coorination: Leads and manages external maintenance contractors, ensuring the effective execution of both preventive plans and corrective work orders. Coordinates requests from Safety, Quality, and Production departments while aligning with internal standards.
  • Regulatory compliance and safety culture: Ensures all activities follow the highest safety standards, especially during risk conditions like rainy seasons. Promotes alignment with corporate safety policies to guarantee operational continuity without compromising employee or asset safety.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (managing personnel and using SAP to monitor maintenance calendars and work orders).
  • Familiarly with health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a focus on anticipating and managing risks during adverse conditions (e.g., rainy season, drainage issues).
  • Knowledge of drainage maintenance, painting, pumps, civil works, railways, lighting systems, access control, welding, and plumbing.
