Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. is seeking a motivated, tenant-focused Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Seattle/Bothell portfolio.
This role suits a facilities or property management professional with one+ year of experience aiming to deepen knowledge of building operations, vendor management, capital projects, and tenant services. You will work with Facilities and Property Management teams to ensure buildings run smoothly, service requests are resolved
Note: This role can be based out of our Seattle or Bothell office.
We are seeking a motivated, tenant‑focused Facilities Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our premier commercial real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a facilities or property management professional with one or more years of experience who is looking to expand their knowledge of building operations, vendor management, capital projects, and tenant services.
Working closely with the Facilities and Property Management teams, you will help ensure buildings operate efficiently, service requests are resolved promptly, and tenants receive an exceptional experience. The position offers broad exposure to facility operations, preventative maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, and cross‑functional collaboration, providing an excellent foundation for career growth within commercial real estate and facilities management.
The expected base hourly wage range for this position is $36.06 – $40.87 USD hourly, plus annual discretionary bonus. This hourly wage range is an estimate, and the actual hourly wage may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual’s knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location and the Company’s compensation practices.
