Base pay range

$14.06/hr - $28.15/hr

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Universal City, CA
Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Organizational & Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-speed work environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior experience in a clerical/administrative role; property/facilities management experience highly preferred - Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise, and proactive in providing updates and addressing facility-related concerns in a timely manner.
  • Detail-Oriented & Proactive Approach: Strong attention to detail with a drive to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Previous Experience: Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or facilities management in a fast-paced setting is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support and coordinating communication between stakeholders/customers and service teams.
  • Project Coordination & Tracking: Maintain and manage project trackers, ensuring all tasks are accurately documented and followed up on.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Take comprehensive meeting notes, organize project records, and ensure information is up to date accordingly.
  • Follow-Up & Accountability: Proactively monitor deliverables and ensure timely updates with stakeholders/clients through consistent follow-up.
  • Facility Support & Maintenance Coordination: Assist with facilities requests, including responding to inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing minor repairs to ensure job completion.
Performance Expectations:
  • Timely and Accurate Tracking: Ensure all deliverables are documented and completed on schedule.
  • Efficient Facility Support: Promptly handle requests, ensuring smooth facility operations.
  • Responsive & Effective Communication: Provide swift updates and follow through on all assigned tasks.
