Position Overview:

As a Maintenance and Construction Support Specialist, you will assist field technicians by providing expert advice on various projects, helping complete work orders, and resolving technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on experience in skilled trades seeking to transition out of fieldwork while utilizing their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support:
  • Provide daily technical guidance to field technicians, troubleshooting and advising on project requirements.
  • Assist with complex tasks in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC/R, and roofing.
• Project Guidance & Troubleshooting:
  • Offer expert advice to ensure efficient and accurate project completion.
  • Help technicians overcome obstacles in their work.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Explain technical tasks clearly to field technicians.
  • Maintain effective communication with field teams and internal departments.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in maintenance and construction trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mechanical, HVAC/R, Roofing).
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical tasks.
• Proficiency with technology, including phones, laptops, and support tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Remote project and team management capabilities.
