Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Dallas is launching a two-year Facilities Engineer rotation under the CAP program, delivering real-world assignments to build utility systems supporting a semiconductor fab.

You’ll work with mechanical, electrical, chemical, and controls teams, gaining hands-on experience, coaching, and exposure to budgets, design intent, and data-driven improvements from day one.

Qualifications

• Facilities-related engineering degree required.
• Open to new grads; two-year rotation in Facilities Controls and Automation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and equipment installations with budgets and schedules.
• Provide system expertise for facilities engineering domains over time.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines and suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Document sequences of operations and design intent for teams.
• Analyze capacity and demand for utility systems to support growth.
• Assess critical utility systems and develop mitigating solutions.
• Develop and review maintenance and operational procedures.
• Design and manage turnkey projects and coordinate field contracts.
