Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking a Facilities/Construction Manager to lead Operational Readiness for the startup of two acute-care hospitals in Northern Virginia. You will coordinate with a support team to drive readiness across all workstreams from contract start through Day-One activation, ensuring facilities achieve full TJC and CMS compliance.

Responsibilities include administrative readiness, project management, budget management, utility and regulatory compliance, and final turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Readiness – review commissioning docs and manage CMMS asset-loading.
• Project Management – coordinate readiness workstreams and staffing transitions.
• Budget Management – support budget development and vendor procurement.
• Utility Management – establish asset baseline and maintenance procedures.
• Regulatory Compliance – lead verification for life-safety readiness and NFPA standards.
• Policy & Physical Environment – document safety procedures and infection-control interfaces.
• Facility Turnover – lead construction-to-operations handoff and document management.
• Systems Verification – verify utility systems and establish initial PM schedules.
