Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City seeks a seasoned professional to advance Facilities Management controls, risk management and compliance across the department.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and contribute to the design of management information reports and governance processes. This onsite role offers limited remote work and a path to broad strategic impact in a critical financial system environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a closely related field.
• Proficient in assessing and distinguishing between control design, operational effectiveness, and outcome.
• Solid knowledge of risk management, compliance, and data related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance program management initiatives to mature department controls.
• Coordinate internal audits and RBOPS reviews.
• Support SAFR onboarding and boundary maintenance for new technology.
• Provide IWMS project support and governance establishment.
• Collaborate with ERM to report risk events and serve as Records Liaison.
• Lead department, division, or district assignments.
• Develop and organize related training programs or outreach efforts.
