Job summary

Mercy Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking an Administrative Operations Associate for the Plant Operations team on the Day Shift. You will plan, report, and coordinate with multiple departments to support facilities management and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of progressively responsible experience, plus strong computer skills and HIPAA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within four (4) years or evidence of continuous matriculation.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience with increasing duties and authority.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office; knowledge of Time and Attendance and Ordering systems preferred; Lean or Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares complex administrative reports, presentations, and rosters.
• Supports Joint Commission and other regulatory compliance duties and life safety documentation.
• Leads facilities work order management: design/configuration, scheduling, reporting, and customer-satisfaction surveys.
