Position summary: JMT is seeking a senior project manager in New York, NY for an exciting opportunity to work with the federal government. The senior project manager will provide construction project oversight using knowledge of general engineering and construction principles and practices to interpret, organize, coordinate, communicate and execute.
Compensation for this position is $115,000.00 – $165,000.00, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description.
Benefits
Work is performed in both an office and field (construction) environment. Office to field time is approximately 5% to 95% respectively. Field work requires climbing, walking and standing at a construction site and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 50 lbs.) may be required.
