Responsibilities

• Performs light to medium physical custodial activities such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, washing walls and glass, and disinfecting.
• Performs routine building maintenance duties such as changing lightbulbs, adjusting or replacing fixtures, and resetting machinery or environmental systems.
• Removes snow, debris, or garbage from grounds; salts and sands walkways; mows, cuts hedges, and trims grass.
• Moves beds, furniture, equipment, or supplies manually or with hand trucks.
• Inspects cleaning tools/equipment and reports issues; monitors building systems for safety.
• Applies solvents, chemicals, and disinfectants; disposes of waste per health and safety rules; adheres to requirements.
• Stocks supplies and informs the team lead when inventory is low.
