Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a full-time Cleaner in Massachusetts. The role requires performing custodial duties under supervision, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. You will clean floors, carpets, restrooms, and perform light maintenance while using PPE as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning duties experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Capable of handling cleaning tools and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash floors and other surfaces in buildings.
• Operate floor buffers, extract carpets, and polish floors with PPE.
• Vacuum and dust offices, wash windowsills and glass surfaces daily.
• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Report defects to supervisors and manage trash disposal.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and general duties.
