Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain clean, organized, and disinfected workplaces across commercial buildings. You will vacuum, mop, dust, clean restrooms, windows, and entryways, and keep floors and surfaces free of dust and debris.

You must follow safety rules, lift up to 50 pounds, and report unsafe conditions to supervisors. A reliable attendance record and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, and office equipment.
• Maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycle; clean windows and mirrors.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions and maintain a cleaning chart.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and close doors at end of shift.
