Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain clean, organized and disinfected work environments across our facilities. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, monitor supplies, and follow safety protocols to protect colleagues and customers.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and surface disinfection.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Wollows safety procedures and uses cleaning equipment correctly.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors across offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, phones and other commonly touched surfaces.
• Maintain restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure cleanliness of windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers, manage waste, and report unsafe conditions.
