TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for a client in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area. The schedule features Thursday to Sunday, four 10-hour shifts, 6am-4:30pm, with a $16-$18/hour wage. You will join a growing company delivering top-notch facility cleaning with a customer‑facing team.

Ideal candidates have commercial cleaning experience, reliability, and the ability to work on site with a skilled team. Benefits include health/dental/vision and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Commercial janitorial experience a plus.
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening

Responsabilités

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust and clean hard surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean and vacuum carpets
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Support laundry facility function
• Periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned
