TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for a client located in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area (Amberley). The role requires dependable on-site presence to support daily cleaning operations and to deliver high standards of cleanliness.

Shifts are Thursday to Sunday, four 10-hour days, with an hourly wage of $16 to $18. The company emphasizes safety, reliability and customer-focused service, with PTO, holidays and 401k benefits.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a FULL-TIME FACILITIES CLEANING TECHNICIAN for a client located in the Greater Cincinnati, OH (Amberley) area. Ideal candidate will be highly dependable, committed to being on site to support general facility operations, able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidate will have commercial cleaning experience and will have reliable transportation to work. If you enjoy supporting a dedicated customer facing team, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

Schedule

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Four 10 hr shifts): 6am-4:30pm ($16-$18/hour).
