Job summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a team member for general cleaning and maintenance duties at our Lumberton, NC facility. You will perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, stocking and organizing cleaning supplies, and maintaining vending machines.

You may mix chemicals used for cleaning and operate sweeper-scrubber equipment to keep warehouse floors in top condition. Responsibilities include communicating with customers and associates, and ensuring restrooms and work areas are clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing e.g. customers, suppliers, associates
• Detail clean e.g. sweep, mop, clean spills, office restrooms and/or warehouse areas
• Maintain e.g. stock, clean, organize and record inventory of required cleaning tools and supplies including janitorial or supply closets and carts
• Mix chemicals used for equipment or cleaning
• Operate and maintain sweeper-scrubber to sweep and mop warehouse floors
• Stock, clean and maintain vending and soda machines
