Job summary

Sam's Club in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the facility clean and safe. You will perform maintenance tasks, respond to spills, and ensure a positive first and last impression for members.

Responsibilities include following safety standards, operating floor scrubbers, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness across floors and restrooms. The role requires being on your feet for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Physically able to stand/walk for long periods and perform demanding tasks.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean facility and follow standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment by following safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Clean floors, restrooms, windows, and other areas per company methods and approved products.
• Respond to spills and operate floor scrubbers; dispose of cardboard, plastic and trash per Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Manage stock of chemicals and supplies and reorder as needed.
