Job summary

Citizens Financial is hiring for a full-time facilities associate in Massachusetts. You will clean and maintain facilities, respond to service requests, and communicate professionally with customers. A uniform, vehicle use, and equipment are provided. The role requires ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; one+ years in a related role preferred. Typical hours are 40 per week, Mon-Fri, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and service oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal).
• Respond to service requests and close out work orders with minimal callbacks.
• Communicate in a pleasant, professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.
