About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations within their facilities in Paarl. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently and to the highest standards, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment across the property. You will manage schedules, conduct quality checks, train new staff, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid background in facility cleaning management. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure high performance and quality standards.
