Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Hygiene Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across facilities in East London. The role combines on-site supervision with remote planning under a hybrid model, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safe environments for staff and visitors.

You will supervise the cleaning team, develop schedules, conduct inspections, train staff on techniques and safety, manage supplies, and act as the main point of contact for occupants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or cleaning services.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a cleaning team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in facilities context.
• Ability to perform on-site assessments and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities
