Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Three year supervisor experience with managing employees; general cleaning and project work/special services.
• Demonstrated skill and proficiency with cleaning equipment.
• Total knowledge of identifying surfaces and make recommendations for proper cleaning procedures.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and independent judgment to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct and assist clients professionally and courteously.
• Manage cleaning specialists and perform cleaning tasks at assigned accounts.
• Perform cleaning tasks including trash removal, dusting, restocking supplies, floors, windows and other duties.
• Coordinate projects and special services to meet client requirements and deadlines.
