ABM Industries seeks a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures. You will coordinate daily operations by delegating assignments and guiding the team at an assigned site.

This role provides supervision when the Manager is absent, oversees cleaning tasks, safety, and timely reporting of issues. Experience in leadership and customer service is preferred; a valid driver’s license is helpful.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED or college degree is not required.
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.

Aufgaben

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field employees and management.
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged or non-functional items and issues.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in the building.
• Ensure quality of work and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Provide training for new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment and chemicals weekly.
