Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations at our Durham, NC location follow policies and procedures. You will coordinate daily operations by delegating assignments and providing guidance, and you may supervise at times when the Manager is not present.

In this role, you will operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support general janitorial duties as needed, helping keep the buildings and grounds clean, safe, and compliant for workers
