Job summary

ABM Industries in Charleston is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate facility operations, delegate tasks, supervise a team, and ensure daily procedures meet safety and quality standards. You will drive efficient workflows and uphold our service expectations at the site.

As the Manager’s presence varies, you will provide leadership, maintain open communication with clients and field staff, and help schedule shifts, manage access, and lead onboarding and timesheet validation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments.
• Provide guidance and supervision when the Manager is not present.
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Manage keys and access for the property and report issues promptly.
• Train new hires and validate time records for staff.
