Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Able to clear federal and DMV background checks.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty waste receptacles; clean and sanitize surfaces; dust furniture; clean windows and restrooms; refill restroom supplies.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains and spills.
• Specialized Cleaning: Follow cleaning protocols for sensitive areas; sanitize high-touch surfaces; use appropriate cleaning agents; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines; complete trainings; report maintenance needs; comply with confidentiality policies.
