Job summary

Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time housekeeping janitor in Minnesota to maintain a clean and orderly building. You will work with management to follow a cleaning schedule, perform daily routines and ensure timely completion of duties across various shifts.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning, and strict adherence to safety guidelines. Candidates must be 18+ and able to clear federal and DMV background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; sanitize surfaces; clean restrooms.
• Floor Maintenance: strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains.
• Specialized Cleaning: clean high-touch surfaces; operate cleaning equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: follow trainings; safety guidelines; report maintenance needs.
