Job summary

SEJ Services, LLC is seeking a reliable janitorial associate for a 9 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday shift. You will remove trash, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, clean restrooms, and sanitize high-touch areas while stocking supplies.

Candidates should have reliable transportation, pass a background check, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with teamwork and safety compliance. Physical fitness is required for lifting and long duties, with opportunities for advancement as performance grows.

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation.
• Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, MVR check if required, and meet hiring requirements.
• Work Ethic: Positive attitude with ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environment.
• Safety: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety policies, PPE requirements.
• Organization: Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain urgency and customer service focus.
• Flexibility: Willing to perform a variety of cleaning and operational tasks as needs require.
• Experience: Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties of janitorial ops.
