Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience is required.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate portable floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as needed.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor paper and soap supplies daily.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily; replace liners as needed.
• Report defects to supervisors and assist with snow removal when required.
