Job summary

EliteService Staffing in Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in offices, schools and residential buildings. You will perform routine cleaning tasks and ensure a safe, orderly environment.

No prior experience is required, and candidates who can work independently with good time management are welcome. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible foreign candidates. Flexible weekday and weekend scheduling; competitive monthly pay.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Basic English proficiency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and disinfect common areas including restrooms, break rooms and lobbies.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces and mirrors.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Working Hours

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
