Responsibilities

• Cleans and dusts areas such as suites, offices, classrooms, kitchens, living spaces, laboratories, lobbies, lockerrooms, stairways, corridors and elevators.
• Makes beds as required and cleans/restrooms and bathrooms; cleans windows at floor level.
• Refills toilet paper, paper towel and soap dispensers; cleans and polishes hardware and fixtures.
• Vacuums and spot-clean rugs; removes and cleans floor mats and entrance runners; maintains storage areas in order.
• Reports safety hazards to supervisor; observes safety standards and practices; lifts objects weighing 30–60 pounds.
