Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash and use compactors where required.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions using appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule; use heavy cleaning equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by scope of work or customer needs.
