Job summary

Steffes-Corporatio is seeking a dedicated on-site Cleaner for the Dickinson, ND facility. You will perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure break rooms, restrooms, and common areas are maintained to high standards.

Hours are a day shift from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with possible partial Fridays based on business needs. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to company core values.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and PPE procedures.
• Comfort working in a facility environment and with varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, polish, or vacuum floors in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize walls, windows, restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and report repairs or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and proper PPE usage.
• May assist with light maintenance and assist with forklift operation if required.
