• Identify problems and recommend improvements to management and customers to drive quality.
• Report issues or discrepancies to Operations Manager/Coordinator.
• Address customer concerns and update job/work orders as needed.
• Manage purchasing activities, supplies, and equipment usage per OSHA standards.
