• 3-5 years related experience and/or training in janitorial/facilities preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and delegate operations schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Evaluate performance and inspect areas to ensure work quality; provide hands-on support as needed.
• Identify problems and make recommendations to management for continuous quality improvement.
• Report issues to Operations Manager/Coordinator and address customer concerns.
• Oversee purchasing activities, supply and equipment usage, and ensure proper labeling and storage per OSHA standards.
• Provide on-the-job training for staff and ensure effective communication among supervisors, customers, and employees.
